By accessing our website or hiring ProNEST Cleaning Solutions LLC for pressure washing or soft washing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• House and window washing (soft wash)
• Driveway and concrete cleaning
• Roof and Gutters cleaning
• Deck and Patio cleaning
• Dryer Vent and Trash Bin cleaning

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

• All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate.
• Final pricing may change if conditions differ from what was originally disclosed (e.g., excessive buildup, access issues).
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling and Access

• Customers must provide clear access to the areas being serviced.
• This includes access to water sources, removal of obstacles, and securing pets.
• Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept Zelle, Checks, and Cash.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

We strive to provide high quality service. If you are not satisfied:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
• We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

• Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage to surfaces before service.
• While we use professional techniques, pressure washing and soft washing may reveal hidden damage or imperfections.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

1. Pre-existing conditions
2. Improper installation of surfaces
3. Loose siding, paint, or materials

• Customers are responsible for providing access to a working water source.
• Additional charges may apply if water access is not available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ProNEST Cleaning Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
